Our goal at IRR is to provide you with useful information and resources to make you a successful investor.  IRR is run by investors, for investors. Unlike many other investment clubs that rely on the sale of information for income, our business plan is different.  We are all about investing in real estate and believe that creating a network of successful investors benefits everyone.  

We are a group of honest, ethical real estate investors with a passion for learning, as well as teaching.  IRR was created due to the enormous amount of questions we receive every month asking "how did you do that?"  We actively buy and sell real estate through many methods from conventional to "creative" means.
